Director of Staff Development
Kaitlin is the Director of Staff Development for the iBELIEVE Foundation.
Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, Kaitlin graduated from Revere High School. Kaitlin attended Ohio University ('09) and earned her bachelor’s degree in adolescent young adult integrated science education. Kaitlin continues to return to campus often serving as the Chapter Advisor for the Omega Upsilon chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi. After teaching for 5 years, Kaitlin earned her master's degree in school counseling from the University of Dayton ('14).
Kaitlin currently teaches biology and accelerated biology at Grove City High School, for the South-Western City School District located in south-west Columbus, Ohio. Voted 2017's GCHS's STAR Teacher of the Year, Kaitlin has a passion for working with young students and leaders alike.
Kaitlin helps train and coordinate high school, collegiate and adult staff members who volunteer their time to iBELIEVE. Kaitlin also serves as the Senior High Coordinator for the Ohio Association of Student Councils (OASC), the partner organization for iBELIEVE's summer workshops.
